View and export results

Sign in to the web console (or the Android / iOS operator apps).

Live results

  1. Open your form from the list.
  2. Switch to the Results tab.
  3. Watch Total responses and per-field summaries refresh every few seconds.
  4. Text answers show recent samples; choices show counts; ratings show averages.

Download for analysis

  1. On the Results tab, tap Download CSV or Download Excel.
  2. Your browser saves a file you can open in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  3. Mobile apps share the same export endpoints via the system share sheet.

What we saw after one response

  • Total responses: 1
  • Preferred lunch → Salad: 1
  • Hunger average: 4.00
  • Recent text: “Alex”

Close when finished

  1. Tap Close form so the public link stops accepting answers.
  2. After close, you can edit the FormSpec again if you need a new round — then publish a fresh collection cycle.
