Sign in or register

Use the web console at formiva.suherman.net/app. The same account works on Android and iOS.

Option A — Register with password

1. Open Register.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Choose a password of at least 8 characters (optional — you can leave it blank and use a magic link instead).
4. Tap Register. You are signed in and taken to Your forms.
5. Formiva also emails a welcome message with a one-click magic link (same Gmail SMTP style as other suherman.net mail).

Option B — Magic link only

1. On Register or Sign in, enter your email.
2. Tap Email me a magic link (leave password blank on register).
3. Open the email from Formiva / Iman Suherman.
4. Tap Sign in to Formiva. The link expires in 15 minutes and works once.
5. Your browser lands on the console with a session already saved.

Sign in later

1. Go to Sign in.
2. Use your password, or request a new magic link.
3. Use Sign out in the console header when you finish.
